HBO’s John Oliver has put together all the pieces to expose Ron DeSantis as a dictator and bully who only cares about his voice.

Mr Oliver said:
Putting it all together makes a book-deleted, stupid declaration that puts trans athletes to shame. A sloppy attempt to criminalize the protest, combined with everything else, from supporting a restrictive abortion ban to efforts to stop gender-affirming care, means that “America’s Freest State” is free. One thing is, everyone wants to do what Ron DeSantis thinks.
You’ll hear a lot of comparisons between DeSantis and Trump in the coming months. As a matter of fact, DeSantis would do more or less with the defaults, but that’s not the norm here. It’s important to put yourself in DeSantis’ shoes. If Donald Trump didn’t exist, let’s all pause and have a little fun with that hypothesis. If unfounded, what you see will scare you, because you will discover petty dictators and bullies. Guys who aren’t interested in that, and on the whole, I don’t take the term lightly.
If Trump had any clue or interest in turning fascist fantasies into a governing agenda, DeSantis is Trump. DeSantis could be a bigger threat to democracy than the man who tried to overthrow the government. Ron DeSantis was a threat to democracy and Oliver was right. DeSantis should be considered on his own terms.
