The letter accused Comer of spreading unsubstantiated and inaccurate conclusions because Hunter Biden was a private individual and House Republicans had no legitimate legislative purpose to investigate him, and denied a request for documents. .
In other words, House Republicans and their investigation could kick a rock.
The letter dares House Republicans to sue the president’s son for documents and information.
You may recall the phrase that Trump used tax returns to hide them from the House Ways and Means Committee, and therefore not for legitimate legislative purposes.
The difference is that Donald Trump was the president of the United States who claimed he was being audited, so the commission definitely had a legitimate legislative purpose.
Hunter Biden isn’t going to stand aside Allow House Republicans to run smear campaigns against his family.
The president’s son is fighting back and could keep House Republicans in court for years if he decides to do so.
All of this has not gone as Republicans expected. Their Hunter Biden conspiracy.
